1What is H&R’s Return Policy?
H&R’s return policy and restocking charges are based upon the problem the customer is having with our product. The return period is limited to 60 days from purchase date. Standard products, which have not been used or abused, can be accepted for return at the standard 15% restocking charge. Special tooling made to customer specifications are non-returnable. If the problem is a manufacturing defect, H&R Mfg. and Supply will fix it to your satisfaction.
2What is the warranty of casting products?
H&R Mfg. and Supply standard warranty will be in place for all products, in that they will be free of material and workmanship defects: but with casting, minor surface porosity is not to be considered a defect for the purposes of casting warranty. 3How do you handle damaged or lost shipments?
For all UPS shipments, notify your driver and the UPS office immediately . You must file a claim with UPS as soon as possible. Then advise H&R Mfg. and Supply for reshipment, etc. Keep damaged goods and shipping containers for UPS inspection. UPS must inspect damage if claim is to be processed.
For all Common Carrier shipments, damage must be reported on the delivery receipt and the claim filed at the destination . Be sure to check your order very carefully upon arrival.
4Does H&R Mfg. manufacture jaws made to customer's specifications?
